This tulle skirt features 3 layers for that extra puff, you’ll feel like you’re on a cloud!
A white sateen lining under layer with two layers of pastel rainbow tulle fabric in an ombré pattern.
The waistband is a cute pastel blue cotton fabric with a 3/4 inch elastic.
The skirt is topped with a small white ribbon bow in the very centre of the garment.

L-3XL: 17 inches.
Please note these skirts are a little shorter than my normal styles! If you’d like to have it lengthen, please leave a note in your order.
