This cute skirt features a baby pink cotton bottom layer with a pastel glitter rainbow tulle fabric on top, gathered on a elasticated waistband.
With a cute little rainbow ruffle on the bottom edge of the skirt, makes it a simple and versatile piece for any pastel or fairy kei style!


Waistband can be changed to a zipper one at no extra cost upon request.
You can also request for a shorter skirt if you prefer to wear it on your hips or not want it as long!
