This gorgeous dress features a rainbow heart cotton fabric on a white background, it has a sweetheart neckline for the top with elastic ruffle straps. 
The bottom skirt has 2 layers, the rainbow heart top layer and a plain white fabric bottom layer. The white fabric layer has a ruffle on the bottom, while the top layer has a cute white heart trim on the bottom of the skirt. 
Each dress comes with an elasticated back for easy accessible wear and a comfortable fit, with 2 cute ruffle heart pockets on either side of the skirt- topped off with a white ribbon bow on each pocket.
