This cute skirt features a dark purple soft tulle fabric with multiple black bats design and a black cotton fabric under layer. 
The skirt is made with a wide waistband with a elastic band for a comfortable fit and 3 ruffle tiers on a circle skirt base finishes the skirt.
Each skirt comes with 2 black satin bows on the front of each skirt, which are a soft double sided satin ribbon.
