A cute 3 tired skirt with various designs on each tier! Each tier is made from cotton poplin fabric and has a small elastic waistband for a comfortable fit.
First tier: cute mini blue/white/pink flowers on a pink background
Second tier: small black dots on a white background
Third tier: a solid blue colour
