This cute dress features a pink or blue underlayer with a confetti tulle fabric on top of the skirt part. It has a flag bunting trim on the bottom of the skirt and a red waistband with a bow on the back.
It’s all topped off with 3 pink cupcake buttons on the front bust!
The dress has a sweetheart neckline, thick shoulder straps and a fully gathered skirt for extra floof and volume!
